Real Health with Rach Inc.

Real Food | Real Movement | Real Connection

Hi, I’m Rachel.

A few years ago, my health began to decline. I had a growing list of symptoms I continued to push through. They didn’t appear overnight. Slowly, they became my normal.

From the outside, I looked healthy. Inside, my body was screaming for help.

July 2024 became a pivotal moment in my life. I lost function throughout my body and was admitted to the hospital. Months later, after countless tests, I was diagnosed with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis.

That diagnosis changed my life.

I was presented with frightening possibilities about my future and a list of disease-modifying treatments to consider as my only option for "possibly" slowing progression. I wasn’t only faced with the fear of needing a wheelchair one day—I left the hospital in one.

For a while, I sat with an overwhelming amount of fear and isolation. Then, I made a conscious decision: this was not going to define my life.

I began exploring my health from every angle. I worked with different practitioners, naturopaths, energy healers, and other holistic professionals. I immersed myself in learning about the body and the connection between our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I began to understand that our health is not made up of separate pieces. Stress can affect digestion, sleep, energy, and the nervous system. Our emotions can influence how we feel physically. Food can nourish the body, but true well-being also requires us to care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Our bodies are incredibly intelligent. They are constantly communicating with us, and when we learn to listen, we can begin to understand what they need.

Today, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, both mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physivally. Through the choices I’ve made to support my health, I have also remained medication-free.

My hope is to share what I’ve learned through my own experience so other women can feel less alone, supported, empowered, and hopeful. A diagnosis or a difficult season with your health does not have to be the end of your story.

Whether you’re living with an autoimmune condition, or experiencing symptoms that have left you feeling disconnected from your body, I want to help you understand yourself more deeply and guide you back to the foundations of health.

I believe your body is not working against you—it is communicating with you.

And I believe every woman deserves to understand her body, trust it, and feel at home in it again.
